I bought a dvd player, dvd no 3336 of philips on 2-2 from ankur electricals in noida, sec -18.
in just two three days it stop working, then i given to the ankur electrical shop . after 1 week i got this but on same date i got it back to shop because its not working and now its been about a month and shop owner said that this is not my responsibility also dvd billand guarantee card kept by him and badly behave and not ready to change this dvd which is not working.
so i kindly request please take some action, first i want to change this dvd, secondly take some action against the owner of the shop for his behavior.
