I am T.K.Ghosh, retd Sr executive of a PSU bank. Mob no 9831562345.I purchased Durakool AC-1.5 Ton one each on 2010 n 2011.I have been maintaining AMC with Sima Enterprise whose service upto last yr was very satisfactory. This year I had to contact for qrtly service th'rou ur customer call (System has been changed).1st such call on1st June was recd by one sir n neglected by Centre. On second attempt on 2nd June Madam-Kanika booked the call no KOL-173.Behaviour of Kanika was nice and promptly sms was recd. Service at 95B, Dr G.S.Bose Rd was done by two lower class persons, namely Md Nihal n Md Nazir on 4th. But service was not that good as was experienced last yr. Moreover, they destroyd the filter/filament (smell-possibly) attached inside and pieces were left inside my bathroom without informing anything to me. Moreover they uttered such advice which is detriment to your Company. I would request you to send suitable person to replace the said filter/filament which appears to be not costly one.
Today (5th June), I contacted customer call for service (under AMC) of AC at 81, P.C.Sorcar Sarani n requested the madam-receiver to send the person on Saturday only (as was done in last yr). Madam could not confirm me but booked the call no KOL-478.I again requested madam to send service-person on saturday (as my son Abhishek n his wife r not available on working days (Mon to Fri) but she refused to confirm. I would request you to arrange to service the AC on Saturday.
