DEFECTIVE DVD PLAYER

We purchase DVD PLAYER O.NO.702433153/72536237. but when we recevied it was not functiong & we returned it through TNT courriour.but till now we did'nt get any information from ur side even after the 2months.we have register many complaints through mail or on phone but we didn't get any positive response frome ur side.there is now very poor servise .now we want that either refund our money or delivered new dvd player.plz do this early as possible.
