I have purchased a Sony Electronic Charger on Ebay through the seller JMJ Electronics and have informed the seller on receipt that the Charger is faulty and have been trying to reach the seller and have provided with all the details but there has been no response from the seller.
I took up the issue with Ebay and the customer support was kind enough to ask me raise a claim in case if the seller is not responding and after raising the claim Ebay responds saying that the claim was not raised within the stipulated time of 30 days and suggest me to resolve the issue with the seller amicably.
How can I resolve the issue amicably when the seller is not responding and is it not the ebay responsibility to resolve the issue rather than suggesting the customer to resolve.
