I purchased a new Blackberry 8830 world edition from Ebay however the battery/phone is not working properly, battery gets exhausted within 3-4 hours without use, when i spoke with the gentleman who was in contact with me for this sale (ashish from total ecommerce solutions) via email and phone, he said today i would have done something wrong with the phone! i was shocked to hear that; as i am not a kid who will play with phones, i was taken back with the kind of customer service i have received. If required i have all the written communication with the concerned person. The phone i received is not in good working condition. I have changed the battery still it does not work.i want either my money back or the handset which is fuctioning properly. Now i have been advised to reship the phone however there are many pending cases where in the customer has not received refund for the their goods shipped back or has not received any payment for the goods sold through EBAY. I want someone to help me in this regards to file a formal complaint the unfair trade practices by Ebay.
