E boss 3300
Touch screen of mobile is not working

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased Boss e 3300 mobile phone through Naaptol web site, vide order no. 388114 and it was delivered to me on dated 15/05.and very next day the mobile touch screen was working.

I have tried calling naaptol customer service nos. but my calls are getting dropped.

I want same mobile phone to be replaced with a new one. It is really pathetic that this is the service Naaptol web site is providing.

If not replaced I will go to consumer court and file a complaint against you.
