Non supply of TATA SKY DTH

I purchased L G LCD 32" 310 MODEL from M/S Paras electronics Chandigarh (INDIA) in the monthy of Nov during a scheme of free TATA SKY DTH . This LCD was purchased for my daughter on marriage which was fixed on 10th DEC.We decided to get it after the marriage when lCD would be installed, so when we contacted M/S Parras electronics Chandigarh after the marriage of my daughter, they showed their anbility to deliver the same stating that the scheme is now over. My question is that I purchased that LCD on full payment during the scheme then where my DTH connection has gone. I persume it has been eaten by the dealer i.e M/S Paras electronics Chandigarh.
