I gave a call to indiatimes for further enquiry of product but the customer service executive vikas gupta use abusive language n he was very rude... after lodging a complain floor supervisor amit kumar also dint response well n dissconected the line... how can the customer service executive be so rude... lack of knowledge they dnt knw about their own products... very bad service... they should appolozice.
