ELECTOLUX REF MODEL ETB2400
Improper Cooling and bad Service

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Electrolux Refrigerator Model ETB2400P from M/s Hersons Electronics, BAnk More, Dhanbad. It is a double door refrigerator. The upper deck cooling was OK but lower deck was giving less cooling since purchase on 09.02.2010. Thereafter the blower on upper deck as well as on lower part has stopped working. I had given several complaints but the service engineer has attended only once with no result.

The service and the product is of very poor quality. I would request through you for replacement of the same because I had spent Rs.12400/- for the same. May kindly forward this to the manufacturer on my behalf.
