Complaint against misuse of Domestic Light

Respected Sir / Madam

This is to inform you that my neighbour Mr. Rjesh Makol, residing at B-IV / 123-C KESHAV PURAM, DELHI 110035 since 26/06 is using Electronic Devices like Air-Conditioner (1KW ) & Water Pump / motor (1KW) without upgrading the load of his existing meter sanctioned by NDPL.

Moreover He is operating Tution Centre from a portion of the same premise which falls under the category of Commercial Activity.

As a result of fact NDPL is suffering financial Loss.

May I therefore request the NDPL authorities to take necessary action for the upgradation of load of the existing meter sanctioned by NDPL for the above mentioned premise as well as consider the same for the category of Non Domestic Light & charge penalties from the date given above.
