Not cooling efficiently

I, S. Jha hereby inform that a split ac has been purchased by me on 27/2/06 (model no. EA- 18WCRX, Serial no. E18601WX012039). After working for about 1 year it started giving problems.it dosent cool efficiently. I contacted customer care also but its of no use. They simply come and return back with no rectification. I have been facing this problem for almost 3 years. They are giving no ears to my words. Now in this condition i am planning to get my ac changed. If they are not goin to change then i will move to consumer court.
