VERY POOR SERVICE

My electrolux Ac failed to start on 8 /sept/ 2010 I made a complaint to my service center on 10 sept. One service person came and told that panel is not working. Now beside repeated reminders no one had bothered to rectify it. It had caused me a great pphysical and mental agony
