Faulty AC given and wrong installation

I had purchased 1.5 ton split AC from Vijay Sales Surat on 15th June

Model No. EA09SCRXWH

Installation was done on Saturday, 18th.

Job No. PAHM 1506110088

However after installation I found that the AC is faulty and there is absolutely no cooling. Two people who came for installation were very rude and unprofessional and they have done a very shabby job. Also note that AC manual, remote cover and batteries were missing.

After that I have raised complaint 3 times on call centre number and every time I am given assurance that this will be done soon

Problem is identified as “Faulty Outdoor unit”. My questions are

• Why was I given faulty unit at first?

• If unit was faulty, why was it not detected by person at the time of installation. Why no demo was given?

I was told that installation will cost Rs 1800 but the person who came has charged me Rs 2000 without any extra work

I have been following up with Vijay Sales (Mr Manish -9909926176) and manager from company (9374423334) but till date no one has even visited my house. Moreover the person concerned at SS Services (9328965945) is also totally non responsive
