Hi,
I bought one Electrolux AC [18SCRD A1 1.5 Ton Split. SL No: 6277/3612] from Great Eastern on 24/01. Recently I have complained for “NOT COOLING” properly. Now that problem is resolved after restoring gas yesterday. But the root cause of this problem is the installation of my AC is not proper & because of that gas was leaking. I had a good faith on Electrolux & I could not expect this kind of problem from Electrolux Company. I have paid 1600 rupees to resolve this problem. The service man from Electrolux mentioned “Gas Leaking” problem may re-occur again because the installation is not correct.
So, today again I logged another complain [Complain Number: KLA9804000] for reinstallation of my AC. Please look this matter urgently.
It is not possible for a customer to know whether the installation of AC is correct or wrong. Company should be responsible for that. I am very disheartened to know that the installation of my AC is not proper. If I recall correctly, one person from Electrolux came to our house to check whether the installation & everything is proper or wrong. He did not mention anything at that time.
Request you again to check this problem & resolve it ASAP.
