I have bought a freeze from G.S. Enterprises, Malviya Nagar, Delhi in May. Within a week, I told him that its lock is not working and defrost is also not working. He told me that he has raised a complaint and technician will report in 48 hours. Sice then, I have raised some 4-5 complaints myself. Then the shop owner asked me to send the freeze to his shop so that he can change it. I sent the freeze on 9th December and I have not received new freeze till date. I asked the shop owner and he said that the dealer Rajat did not delivered it yet. I went to dealer's shop in Khanpur, but he was not there. he did not even pick my calls. What should I do now?
