First Complaint (No. DEL 1906100919) lodged on 19th June. Engineer comes in on 20th June from M/s Ruchika Services (authorised Service Partner) and declares Compressor is defective and would require replacement. Takes 100% advance and returns next day with his team and replaces the Compressor.

Within 2-3 days notice unusal noice and ineffective cooling. Speak to M/s Ruchika Services and was told that as Compressor is new should wait for atleast a week more and observe.

Complaint is lodged again on 3rd July (Complain No. DEL0307100180). Engineer turns up again from M/s Ruchika Services and conveys he has just come to survey and would have the compressor attended the subsequent day. But till date (11th July) nobody has bothered to attend.

In the peak of summer this is the level of servicing & support.
