I purchased an electrolux AC on 25th June and it still under warranty.
I registered a complaint with electrolux call-centre, coplainte No. pgur1604110006.
After 1 month, and after several follow-ups, they replaced my AC with a new one.
I believe this new AC is actually an old one, as after only 2 days the AC stopped cooling.
The electrolux employees have been reluctant in picking my calls, and not responding properly.
This has been a major mental harrasment for me and my family.
Request you to please take some action.
