I bought an electrolux washing machine on 24th july. the piece that was delivered was damaged. a complaint was lodged on the same day but i got no response from the company. after repeated calls, i was assured that the piece would be replaced. however, all the deadlines provided by the executives have passed and i am still awaiting for my replacement. my calls are put on hold for 20 - 30 minutes and i make 3-4 such calls daily. executives and floor supervisors who have committed me the deadlines are avoiding my calls. they are also not providing me the contact details for the senior authorities where i can put forward my views.
what can i do now???
