New refrigerator stopped

A new Electrolux FF Refrigerator 240L EDL-254Z, Black purchased from LOTUS, 13 Sneh Nagar Main road-indore Bill No.04R1101091 dated 31.10.2011.

Refrigerator stopped working on 30.11.2011 and complaint was launched at Electrolux ref PIND3011110009 on 01.12.2011 as per incharge Mr. Pankaj (Contact No.08269959577). fan & motor are not available hence on receipt it will be attended. Inspite of repeated reminders till date i.e.08.11.2011 it is not attended and also the response of incharge is not satisfactory.

Kindly look into the matter.
