We had purchased a microwave from Vijay sales in 2009. Just after the end of 2nd year we are having issues with the machine. We called the customer care to send the executive for checking. When the person came we told him the issue and he checked and at that time nothing happened so he just left taking the visiting charges of 300 Rs (which is valid for a month if some issue happens again). Again after 2 days we faced the same issue and called him. He came and said that there is some display issue which will cost around Rs 1200. He said he will come back to put it after 2 days. After 4 days we gave him a call asking for updates and he said he will come in a day or two. When he came and put the repaired part in the machine the machine did not start. Again he took it back. Again we called him after 4 days and again he came 2 days after that with the part and again the machine did not start. Now this person is saying the sensor is gone as well and it will cost us 2250 Rs. The machine cost ed us 6000 Rs.and now to spend almost half amount to get is repaired is mere crap. This is very annoying. Firstly the person does not know whats the actual issue in the machine and them he keeps blaming that some or the other part is spoilt or not working. Is this the way to treat the customers. We unnecessarily end up paying so much money for doing nothing and not to our satisfaction. Our neighbor has LG microwave machine and nothing has happened to it since 9 years, I am sure i wont be recommending this company to anyone due to bad services with lack of knowledge executives and poor machine qualities. Also the charges are very high to replace the parts. I doubt if the executive is saying the right prices as well and also offered us to get the machine repaired privately with some discount. I told the exec to bring the part back unrepaired. Finally i got some private service mechanic in my colony to repair the machine and he charged us 900 Rs and got the machine done in just one day for the same thing where the company was charging us 2250 visiting charges more than 20 days of not getting it repaired. We have also told the repairer that if you get someone who wants to buy a second hand machine, you can let us know as we would like to remove the electrolux machine and buy a new one of some other company. I even put across a complaint mail to the company but no one seems to care to respond back. This shows how much the company is interested into satisfying the customers. I would recommend to not but the products of this company as they seem to have very bad customer service and pathetic executives to repair the machines who have absolutely no knowledge.
