This is to bring to your notice that, we had a problem with Electrolux Kelvinator drier door. Believing the company's service (Biggest mistake of mylife), I contacted them to get it repaired. I called the customer care and got an appointment fixed. The service technician (Wajid-) informed that the door had to be replaced.
He comes back after 4 days with a duplicate door and fixed to the washing machine. Collected 700/- (500 for 3x3" door and 200 service charge) for the door and didnt even give the receipt of the door informing that, the bill has to be generated once the issue is confirmed as resolved.
It wasn't working. We informed the same to the service technician who didnt bother to come-up and check. After 2 weeks, he didnt receive the call. Spoke to regional manager but of no use. 3/4 techs and senior tech have come and gone back staing that, they would come back next day, but its been 2 months and still the issue stands unresolved.
