Poor service response despite being under warranty

I bought Kelvinator thinking it to be the best brand.

My AC has been defective for more than fortnight now. ref is DEL 1306100356 as registered by himani. around 14 Jun service engineers came and said gas has leaked and AC will have to be taken to your workshop as its under guarantee. On 20 Jun vide challan no 374 dated 20 Jun the AC was picked up. Despite daily repeated follow-ups yr vservice Agency has been daily telling lies and saying will be delivered today late evening and I still await it till date.

I have been repeatedly speaking to Ajay yr service centre rep at 0971200067 and also yr service centre ph picked by by a lady whose name I dont remember.
