No one is come for teach microwave

When we buy microwave oven, our shopkeeper said "in one month one man come to our home." but there are three years gone & no one is come to teach microwave. when we said this to shopkeeper he said, "microwave teaching is not our work." I posted a complaint before this, the refrigerator complaint, the seller is same as refrigerator's seller.
