I had cooling problem with my Electrolux referidgerator model no. SR315L. I called up their customer care service provider SEMTECH SERVICES, 196, Okhla Indl. Area, Delhi. Mobile Nos. 9999107824 and 8285539478. Their service engineer Mr Manish visited my home and changed the PCB for Rs.-. But referidgerator did not start cooling, Next day he came with three engineer and filled the gas in compressor and charged 1585/- additional charges. But even then referidgerator did not start cooling. On my calling them they informed me that they would give my money back but now they are not picking up my phone calls...
Now I am feeling cheated and want to take action against them...
