ELECTROLUX REFREGRATOR, MODEL ER-45 PURCHASED ON 24-2-08 FOR RS.28000/- FOUND DEFECTIVE SINCE THE DAY OF INSTALLATION AND ASKED THE DEALER M/S.NEXT RETAILER SHOP, SECTOR-14, OLD DELHI-GURGAON ROAD TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE PIECE WENT INTO DEEP EARS.
THIS MACHINE TROUBLING REGULARLY AND THE MANUFACTURER NOT TAKE CARE OF OUR COMPLIANT SERIOUSLY. ON THE BASIS OF ONE COMPLIANT "NOT WORKING" - NO. GUR 2604100759, DATED 26-4; THE COMPANY REFILS ITS COMPRESSOR GASS FOR FIVE TIMES, BUT IT STILL FOUND NOT WORKING. WE FACE HEAVY WASTAGE OF FOODS AND OTHER ITEMS IN THIS SUCH HOT SUMMER. ALL THESE TIMES (FIVE TIMES) THEY WERE SENT INEXPERIENCED WORKERS TO GET REPAIR THE MACHIN AND NOT YET ABLE TO REMOVED FAULTS.
IS SUCH REPUTED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LIKE ELECTROLUX CAN NOT SOLVED A CUSTOMER PROBLEM. HOW THEY DONE UNSUCESSFULL REPAIRS REPEDITALY FOR FIVE TIMES AND STILL NOT ABLE TO SET RIGHT THE MACHINE TO NORMAL WORKING.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR COMPLIAINTS SHOULD BE SERIOUSLY SOLVED AT THE EARLIEST. OTHER -WISE WE SHALL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR OUR LOSS AND MENTAL AGONY.
