I have purchased Exectrolux 244 lit refrigerator from SHUBHAM, The Electronic Shopes, 1st N block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560 010, bearing Bill No. 606 dt.05.06.2009.
From the day of installation the refrigerator was not working properly. The Vegetable & Fruits gets decayed & Milk gets sour very fast. I have reported this on the first instance when the sevice engineer came for installation.
Not satisfied with his services & with the same compaints persists, I have approached the customer care with compaint No. PAN 1501100259 dt.15.01.2010 .
Even after repeated repairs, there is no improvement in working condition. Again I have approched the higher authorities through phone
& lodged compaints to the custormer care with No. PAN 1004100233 dt.
10.04.2010.
On the basis of the above compaints, one person attended on 12.04.10, and not satisfied with the equipment another person attended on 13.04.10 and finally another service engineer who have attended for the Third time on 15.04.10 he had accepted the non performance of the refrigator and informed me for a replacement of a new refrigerator subject to the approval from his higher authorities in about 10 days.
