I have purchased a Electrolux refrigerator in 2005 and was working fine till last month. For the last one month the lower compartment stopped cooling. Called the service center on 6th April and they arranged to send a service engineer. From that time my ordeal started. The person came 4 times and I spend Rs. 1200 so far, the problem is not fixed. In the last 1 month I called service desk 5 times, called service engineer more than 20 times, send 4 mails, but I do not get a response and service. Now they stopped responding to my calls. Can anyone help to show this company what is the meaning of customer care?
