Cooling problem

My complaint no. Is ELUD0706120026 on 7 june. Your engineer visited us but could not solve the problem. He told me that the lower fan is not working. But he never checked the fan nor he told me any alternative. Is your stocks not available. Please get my refrigerator repair as soon as possible. What is the use of visiting the engineer if the problem persists?
