No customer service at all, no response

Dear Sir,

I bought a refrigerator from electrolux on 2007. i have warranty of 5 years.

I got a problen with the excavator and cooling. on 22nd december i registered a complaint to the customer service people. On 22/1/10 again I got a call from " touch homeexpress " service center saying that they have received this camplain and they will take care of it with complain no- Hydba220148 and on 23/01/10 and gave us a estimation of Rs 2205.00 and we agree to it and they came around 25/01/10 with a weilding machine and with gas cutter and started removing every part of the Refregator with the weilding machine and after doing so Mr Jameen (918008404484) said sir I came with a different spare part and went back saying he will come on 26th or 27th with a exact spare part but even after lot of follow-up there was no response and on 5th Feb MR Sachin from Touchhomeexpress (ph no-918008404477) called me and said that he have written a mail to Head Quater and he is expecting a new sparepart on 7th and somebody will come on 8th or on 9th of Feb but again the same old story and when ever we will call them either they will say ther are in lunch or in a meeting or driving or somebody else will pick the phone and will say Sachin sir will call us after sometime.

I need support from you people, thats why i regeistered my complain in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum.

I am expecting a early response from you people.
