Dear Concerns,
This is with regards that i have bought the Electrolux Split A/c from Sapna electronics, Mulund on July 09, from the time i had installed this a/c, there's a comlaint, as this A/c is not in function properly right from the inception, i have complained several times to the dealer (Sapna Electronics), aslo i had called personnaly to videocon Care Centre, they had send their technician severeal times, but fail to resolve the problem, than again i called up Videocon Care centre & spoken to Shailesh who's a mechanic, who came to see the problem, he said we need to take this entire set to our workshop to clean it with nirogen & vaccum it, as there's a oil blockage, now i need the replacement of this split Aircondioner as it is warranty period, kindly do the AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
