Dear Madam/Sir,
This is to hereby inform the concerned authorities that we purchased an Electrolux 1.5 Tonn Window AC from the Ashoka Dealer (Sec-16 Faridabad), and after 1yr the that AC is not performing as committed and apart from being in the warranty period we were charged for repair of the AC, and in this month (May) the AC was sent to the Repair centre thrice and also repaired at home twice and still is not working.
We requested the customer care to make us speak to any responsible person who has the power to take necessary action and can replace our AC for a new one but they always disconnected the line.
