I have bought electrolux washing machine model EWT553MEW0 on 13-01.The product has two year warranty. From September the inside drainout pipe is leaking. I gave a complaint on october 13th. The complaint number is HYD1310090370.On October 15th, technician came to my place and told me that the required spare part is not available at that time and with in a week they will solve the problem. From then on wards i called them many times and they keep on telling that they dont have the required spare part. On December 1st, I called Electrolux service toll free (18004194040) and gave a complaint. The complaint number is HYD0112090230.They told me that the problem will be solved with in 24 hours. But till now no one attended.
I am giving the local authorised servicing centre address.

Sir, I even talked to the Area manager Mr Lakshmipathy on his mobile today (8-12-09). He told me that he will look in to the matter and call me back. But he didn't called me.
I am tired off calling them somany times. Even after 50 days of complaint they are not responding. The service is very very pathetic. They are giving such a trouble to me when the product is under warranty, I dont know what my fate will be after warranty expires,
Sir, Please look into the matter and do the needful.
