9 I hav given Philips 21" CTV at Omsree Electronics, Hyderabad (Authorised Service Centre) 20 days back. problem is Power not coming into TV. After 3 days TV was returned and found that only 36 channels are displayed instead of 99 Channels. As we questioned Mr. Uday, he again taken back TV to his Show Room and get back after 2 days. But same position. Again he has taken Back TV and returned after 4 days with out solving the problem. MY Complaint is Philips Authorised Centre at Hyderabad, Omsree Electronice made 99 channels CTV into 36 channels CTV. It is the failure of Philps company i say. Now what to do. MY Tv's age is only 1 and 1/2 year. Please let me what to do.
