Electrolux washing machines

My aunt has purchased Electrolux washing machine from Sales Emporium Behala branch on 14th August.

The machine was delivered to her on the same evening. But it's been a week now & no one has called her for installation of the washing machine.

It is very upsetting that you have such horrible customer service. I feel that we have made a grave mistake by purchasing Electrolux Washing Machine.

We will be obliged if you could tell us if & when your esteemed technicians will have some time to come & install the washing machine & give the demo.
