I bought Elica cooktop and Elica chimney in the combi offer. Within 2 days found one of the cooktop burner stand was cracked and later broke. Was continuously trying to care customer care and absolutely no response. Every time called they say technician will be there at my house within the same day. Earlier been using Faber and was satisfied the service. Now really upset to have made a wrong choice.
