Not receiving porting code

Sir,

With due respect, I Rashmi Kanta Subudhi beg to state that I registered for porting code on 07.06.2011 for porting out from Airtel communication, but till date i cannot receive any porting code from Airtel Orissa. My number is i.e. 07873731414 by name Rashmi Kanta Subudhi, At/Po- Badakodanda, Via- Bhanjanagar, Dist- Ganjam, Orissa.
