Worst service centre i have ever seen

Well am DILIP KUMAR NEELI (PRO, RGCC.Greece),

For a vacation i came back to india for 4 months.

3 months back (day before DIWALI) i bought a new mobile SONY VIVAZ PRO U5i ..

it took few days to get used to the mobile, after a week i faced a problem not able to upload the applications in my mobile, not even to upload a single video from my PC..

due to the busy schedule which i have, am not able to complaint regarding the handset..on jan30 i faced the problem where my mobile is not charging when i plug in, mobile battery back was lost... i approached the sony service center in VISAKHAPATNAM (bright solutions) where i gave my mobile to them on jan31 for servicing... they replied me tht the mobile ll get repaired in 15 days saying tht it had a mother board problem which the mobile to be sent to chennai... i called the service center of chennai on feb 4th for following up... then my complaint was registered saying that unless untill we call them the complaint cant be registered, they asked to call again within 48 hrs, i called on the third day i.e.on monday for following up, again they replied the same version to make a call after 2 days... on wednesday again i rang up which they asked me to call on next wednesday where they r going to gimme the details regarding the handset to be serviced or to dispatch a new handset... the executive replies of lacking of stock in their service center..."THIS IS SO WEIRD THAT A SERVICE CENTER IS NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN THEIR STOCK"... WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS PROVIDED... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE CENTER IS THIS... THIS IS HOW THE SONY ERICSSON IS WORKING... DONT DECIEVE THE CUSTOMERS...
