This about the famous company Eurekha Forbes, where smart professionals are used like dogs to sell their products like Aqua Guard, Vacuum Cleaner and so on.. many products cheating the consumers frm their company..
now i am a consumer who got cheated with the Aqua Guard Ro Total Water Purifier.. which is 15000/- only... :)
Once u buy it you get pure water but in a month there is light for cleaning.. which starts to glow... here comes the funny part of this machine... we immediately call the customer care.. in that those proffessionals promise to send people very next day but they wont turn up or no call would come from any one for two days, then again we call up.. same thing happens for minimum 10days and we continue drinking can water.. then atlast we get anoyed and start shouting.. but that professional would say.. i am responsible sir.. for sending a person.. as if he/ she itself comes for the cleaning... again we start waiting for the technical person to knock our door.. one week goes... then someone comes and does the needful but it wont long last for 3 days.. whole system shutdowns... board problem, circuit problem so on...
we end up spending for calls and water, this is thing happening with the eurekha forbes service center.. no response from the manager or local area francise.. or local agents.. but still they are cheating the people in the name of the company, ...
who would be able to correct this, get the company equiped with service people and prompt service...
