In I had taken AQUA SURE (AQUA GUARD) Eureka Forbes Water purifier. It was working fine continuously for one year. After completion of one year, one technician of company (as per informed by him) came for changing of "candle"; and then after problem started. That person was not so efficient and he made short-circuit of water purifier. After continuous soft and aggressive complain to his manager Mr. Mahesh (09762004999); technician had taken to repair at their service-centre. After around one month; they returned and installed at my home but then also; water was leaking from the pipe. And again few days after it became faulty and stopped to purify water. Since then we are using supplied mineral water jar by some other company; even after having water purifier and paying extra Rs. 60.00 per week.
Please do take necessary action ASAP to make repair my AQUA SURE (AQUA GUARD) Eureka Forbes water purifier and also do take necessary action against such irresponsible persons who are not being able to provide better and satisfactory service even after multiple reminder.
