Friends trouble shooting with Eurekaforbs products/ Aqua Guard Reviva: I have purchased an Aqua Guard water filter, model Reviva, manufactured and marketed by Eurekaforbs. At the time of sale, I was told that there shall be quarterly service for the product. After one and half year the service personnel first time called on our house yesterday in pursuance to my request for service and advising us to change the nab & filters. The cost of spares (filters) and service charges would again cost us approx Rs.5000/- as per service personnel. Now, the thing is (i) how can accessories cost more than 50% of the instrument? (ii) if the Company is marketing a best product in its category, how come this trouble shooting within one and half year period of usage?
The Companny should address these issues, in case they want to be in the market for longer periods and they respect customer feelings.
