The machine stopped working wef 31-08-11, evening. I lodged a complaint with Eureka Forbes on 01-09-11 (Complaint No 63583220). I explained that I have 2 small kids at home & the machine is essential for me. I also told them to send the mechanis POSITIVELY on Saturday (03-09-11) as from Monday-Friday we would not be at home to entertain them. The call centre executive promised me that the same would be taken care. The executive also took all my mobile nos so that the mechanic could call me before coming. Unfortunately no one called/came!! The next weekend I again started following up with them, since till Friday we were awfully busy. Allan, the executive who took the call this time, apologized for the incovenience & assured that some one would come back ASAP!! I told him to send somebody by Sunday itself but he said that was against their policy!! Inspite of several requests no one came!! Suddenly on the Wednesday, when none other than the maids were at home, 1 mechanic by the name Chinappa (most likely) came>I had no other option but to let him in the house once my maids called me. He was initially very rude to me when I asked that why did he come on Wednesay & not the last Sunday. He told that Eureka Forbes had not intimated him of anything & hence that was not his problem!!! Finally he checked & said that Saturday he would come back & change the mother board & the candle & requested me to call up 080 39883333 once again. Accordingly on 16-09-11 I once again called up Eureka Forbes & requested them to send Chinappa (as per him BG Rd was his jurisdiction, since he only wld come) on the very next day (Saturday, 17-09-11) & got the same msg - " Thank you for calling Eurohelpline. Your Req No 0063721783.For all future contact your cust no 1000838017" YET NO ONE CAME SO FAR!!! I AM BUYING & PAYING FOR THE DRINKING WATER FOR LAST 18 DAYS, INSPITE OF HAVING AN AQUAGUARD AT HOME!!! I CANT EXPRESS HOW MUCH PATHETIC THEIR SERVICE COULD BE, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS GOT TO DO WITH DRINKING WATER! THEY ARE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER & THE MOST INSENSITIVE PEOPLE, WHO ONLY CARE FOR THE ONES WHO ARE BUYING NEW PRODUCTS FROM THEM & DO NOT CARE TO GIVE SERVICE TO THE EXISTING ONES!!! i DEMAND A DAMARAGE FOR THESE 19 DAYS FOR ALL THE PHONE CALLS, WASTE OF TIME, HUMILIATION & THE MONEY SPENT ON WATER!! Hope my complaint finally gets addressed by some one at some level & me along with many others get relieved!!!
