**********Service Complain**********
I am very upset with EurekaForbes service standards. I had brought home the purifier on the 30th of August from Vijay Sales (Santacruz West) and had issues for someone to come for installation, however he came after a week and fixed the same. I had hardly started using the product and it stopped working twice... after constant calls to the service center since 18th September the executive came last evening after almost 10days to get the same rectified but failed to do so. Request you to kindly replace the entire unit as there seems to be a major fault with the existing unit.
Looking forward to get this sorted asap.
