I hold many problem on N82

I have purchased a Nokia N 82 model (worth rs 14500) on 21th June from ALFA in Mumbai. The instrument was hanging for couple of time's, I went again and I exchanged mobile again with N 82 model (on21th June) but i find the same problem existing. I'm frustrated with Nokia, I haven't come across in my life, until know sure a worst mobile. I need some solution for this issues, So says that it is a software problem/N series hold this problem which can't be resolved.
