The reliance tower at thana bihpur, dist bhagalpur is just a few yards away from my residence. there is no network on my mobile very frequently. on complaint to the tower operators they give excuses on technical grounds. it would be hard to believe but this has been the case since our neighbourhood got reliance network via that tower two years ago. isnt it mandatory for mobile operators to provide consistent network on establishment?
