i have purchased one water purifier from eureka forbes on 6th aug vide inv. no 3610102382 at Rs.9590.00 by sales person vatan kumar pandey code 9037084, on the day of installation i told that it was not working properly, but they assured that it is not a major problem, its very common for two days, but its around one month, i am repeatedly calling the customer care but they said it is your problem, even the sales person and every person are now not taking seriously about the problem, its really a mental harassment for me now. In response of a positive anticipation please.
