I have bought Eureka RO Protec a year back. The machine is useless and so is the service. We have had enough problems since the machine and most of the time it is idle. One day, service guy from eureka turned up and said you need to change filters and since AMC is expired, you have to renew the same. In fact, when we chekced we came to know that the existing AMC company is no longer in place and there is a new company viz. Manju Enterprises. The service guy informed us that he will get this AMC done and even after a month, no one turned out!!
Generally, the machine RO seems to be worthless and the service from Eureka is going bad to worse. While doing marketing, they do fantastic marketing to only sell the product but not on the service.
