i had purchased an vijay water purifier on 15.06.10 it went off in month of july. i made a complaint which was attended after more than 10 days and that to after giving frequent reminders. now the thing has again gone off for which i have registered a complaint on 27.09.10. which is still pending. i am calling eureka forbes service centre almost every day and every time i am just getting fales assurance that my complaint will be attended imediatly, but nothing is done.
i request you to help me in this matter and get me replacement as this faulty product is giving frequent problems and complaint take days to attend.
