I bought Euroclean Ace on 23.12.2010 at a Eureka forbes franchisee, khammam. Though we used it not more than 2 times, motor got struck up in the month of Aug'2011.The local franchisee people took the complaint and got the motor repaired and returned after more than a month. After that again when we wanted to use it, only after using for 5 minutes, motor gave a different sound and the machine stopped working. I tried to talk with the company people in live chat. i put my mail id and gave the complaint for two times. It 3 days since, till now there is no reply from the company Eureka Forbes. Is this the responsibility of the companies in our country? The last resort is to sue the company in consumer court.
