i have purchased washing maching belong to ifb it runs good on same reputation i purchased microwave owen of same company the product took lot of time to cook it took 3times more time than shaduled time on the first day it starts its working badly i called reprasantive of same company . he just open and closed it and called company after i called customer care of ifb 10 times they turn deaf ear plz help me as the owen is desfective either replace it or mend i have got 2years extended warrenty my product seerial no is 0511411and i have purchased it on16/8
plz help me and inform the company regarding the same
