WE have purchased 2 Exide batteries from M/s. Tirupati Batteries, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon and one of the battery is not working properly. We are facing lots of problem due to this as there are frequent power cuts in gurgaon. When we approached the owner Mr. Ravi, he started using abusive language [ may be he was drunk when we called] and told us he will not give any replacement or repair, however battery is still under warranty...
